Dear members of Crayons and ZStarRazer,

I joined MapleSEA since December 2006. It is almost 5 years now. OMG I didn't knew I played for that long -_- Anyway, throughout these five years, I have quitted Maple for a couple of times and yet join back again. LOL! However, today shall be the very last day of my Mapling life. I have joined Crayons for roughly a year and I got to meet a lot of good friends. I still remember the day I first joined Crayons. I went to FM to look for Virgo and she was whacking watermelon belongs to Justin. Chris was there too. He added me into this big family - Crayons. I also remembered Chris welcomed me by saying "Welcome to Crayons. Hope you regret joining us." Haha, frankly speaking, I have never regretted be in part of the family. Looking back at the SS, they remind me of all the sweet times we had together. Some has said "true friends will leave footprints in our heart" and I am very sure you guys leave not only footprints but also fingerprints. HAHA. I do like to express my gratitude to everyone for sharing the joys and laughter with me over the years. Also, thanks to Chris for giving the opportunity to be a Jr Master. I have learnt a lot. Now is the time to give this opportunity to the others. I am very sure there is someone much better than me like Fred, Ken or Sam and etc. Sadly, I have to leave you guys now ): I need to spend more time in my studies to achieve my dreams. Haha, who knows, I might be back again for another secret mission! *Finger Crossed* Thank you all for the support throughout the years. I wish you all well in your future endeavors. An Encounter With Hackers

Yesterday, while slacking at FM after 2 hours of fishing, I came across with a char begging me for mesos.

"Jie Jie, ke yi gei wo yi dian qian ma?" means Sis, can spare me some mesos?

Then, I traded him and gave him 50k. After that, he traded me back and showed me the mesos he got. And I was like =.=!

Then guess what, he gave me all the mesos he showed to me. HAHAHA :DDD

After that, he asked me to follow him to his secret shop - CC 9 FM room 10. He told me they were transferring mesos to their "main" char.

Then after transferring, we had a conversation. He asked me to be his wife. LoL! Then I asked him where he come from. He told me he come from Fu Jian ( One of the Province in China). So they are really hackers from China! Then he kept telling me he love me bla bla bla.. I asked him to proof it to me :P He then asked me to wait for him here. Whats next?...

After a while.... Voila!

He asked me to follow him to his shop at CC 1 FM room 18. @@ look at the (Y) glove.

Then, he asked me if I have QQ. I think QQ is like MSN. Then I asked him how he made the glove. Then, he told me ...... ( To Be Continue ) HAHA, pm me if you wanna know how to make such glove :DDDDDDDD Bla

Yesterday, 6/6/11, Chris and me went to the mighty Pianus and fought that bad ass fish. Yeah, we did it but the lags are pathetic D: That's the reason why we took so long. So yeah, some screenshots?

Crayons Guild Rules and Regulations

1) No hacking or hackers are allowed. If found guilty, you will be expelled without any further notice.

2) No spamming the guild chat or the alliance chat. If no one reply you at the time, probably they are busy or AFK.

3) Never ever insult your guild member or the alliance. If you have any problems with any of the member, you can PM the Jrs. They will find the best soultion for you.

4) No scamming allowed.

5) Vulgarity is not encouraged. Although sometimes it is hard to control your temper, try to avoid it.

6) A maximum of 2 char per person is allowed in the guild unless you have valid reasons for it.

7) Never do anything that will bring down the guild image.

8) No KS-ing between members of the guild or KS others without proper reason. If you have been KS-ed by others, inform the guild, we will try to help.

9) No pressure on leveling.

10) You are advised to help others with Maple related question.

11) Never take the guild for granted. Do not beg for mesos or items.

12) Never ask to be promoted. You will be promoted based on your performance.

13) No offensive jokes are allowed.

14) Members of Crayons should have the intention to stay for good. We do not welcome short term guests.

15) Any member prior to leave the guild, you must inform any members of the guild about it.

16) Do respect others if you want them to respect you. Treat others as part of your family.

New members will undergo a 7 days probation period.

Any members who failed to comply with these rules, MIGHT be asked to leave the guild.

Feeling bored over the holidays? Tired of long hours training? Looking for something different? Or you think you have understood Maple very well? OH YESS! You are on the right place!

YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN CRAYONS MARATHON!

What is Crayons Marathon?

Crayons Marathon is an event of which you and your team will have to get through all the checkpoints and be the first team to reach the finishling line! There are a total of 8 checkpoints (including the finishing line) all around Maple. This is Crayons' first ever Marathon in the history. Why not come along and write this history together? :)

Event Details

Crayons Marathon will be held at channel 12 Crayons House, time 5.00pm, date 19 March 2011 (Saturday). Participants are advised to arrive 10 minutes earlier so that the event can be started on time. Estimated event duration will be around 1 hour and 30 minutes. There are REWARDSSSSSS for the winning team. Whats more? Every participant will be given a secret gift as long as you made it to the finishing line!

Objective of Crayons Marathon

1) To enhance the relationship and strengthen the bond of every Crayons member!

2) To help the weaker one to get around with things better!

3) To establish a good team working skills!

4) To promote good sportsmanship!

5) To understand Crayons and Maple better!

6) To make you think!

7) To make use of the holiday!

8) Do have fun! :)

How to play?

It is a fairly simple and fun event! Participants are divided into groups and then into a party. Before the game start each team will has to choose your own leader! Leader from each team will be given a "candle of light" of which it symbolizes the spirit of Crayons Marathon.

It is the resposibility of the team to protect the "candle of the light" and hand it back to the event organizer when your team reached the finishing line. Make sure the fire didn't die out or your team will lose the marathon! Hints to the next checkpoint are given once YOU AND YOUR TEAM MEMBER reached the checkpoint and completed the "pre-requisite" quest! The clue to the first checkpoint is given before the event starts! There are a total of 8 checkpoints (including the finishing line). Do take note thaat I will wearing this outfit at every of the checkpoint.

You are advised to help your team throughout the game. You are ought to have 2-3 empty slots in your inventory! All the member of your team must arrive at the finishing line in order to win the game!

Rules and Regulation

1) Only members from Crayons or members from the alliance are allowed to join this event.

2) There are no specific routes to get to the checkpoints. Think of which is the shortest route or you can even use family transfer or any other skills (such as haste, teleport...) that will help you and your team to reach the finishling line fastest.

3) The decision from the event organizer (EvanFromAus) will be final and binding.

4) Participants who are caught using hacks will be disqualified from the event.

5) You are expected to pay for your own transportation fees throughout the

marathon. (estimated cost ~25,000 mesos per person)

Guild SS of which we took yesterday. At the mean time, we were there to promote Pr0Kill3r's shop. There were 7 of us, so 10% of the total profit for each of us should be fair enough! Find you in game :P

Glitch? The chocolate fountain from the effect of the sweet chocolate fondue can be moved around. Fail Maple lol. Not sure on how to move it around. Ask AmyxThief (glitch exploiter) or maybe she figure it out by accident?

Someone, report the glitch to ibox and maybe can receive a reward from asiasoft?

More potential scrolling!

On a whim, Virgo decided to scroll her Night Raven Stormshear with 90% potential scroll yet the outcome wasn't it was supposed to be. Well, if you never clear out the old, the new one do not come right? Then, we searched high and low and bought almost all the piece of time available in FM :) With some luck, Virgo made her new beloved - the decent reverse alcuphiz with wa 117 str 5 clean and thanks to the magic coin, 5 out of 7 of the scrolls passed. Here is an ss of her equipping the new baobei :)

Also, we tried some potential scrolls on bathrobes. Thanks Virgo for the 1% int robe :D

An ss we took earlier. Will quit maple for the time being which also marks an end of my nocturnal life haha. Hope by the time I play back, big bang patch is release.

Few words to dear Crayons, if you can IMAGINE IT, you can DREAM IT, you can BECOME IT! Stay commited to your decision but stay flexible with your approach. Good luck to everyone on achieving your goals for 2011.

We went to TT yesterday, killed lillinof, with 7.6M Hp, EXP of 26850 and with unique attack of damage reflection around 2000 to 3000 damage of which it by passed skills such as magic guard. I think we took around 10 minutes to finish it up cz it kept on pushing zzz. Died once and it dropped only potions ):

After lillinof being killed, I think the next quest said about the frozen memories affected by lillinof and we have to drink the magic refiner potion which cost 1m to cure it. I am the white mouse of the experiment and eventually died after consuming it D: Luckily with no experiences lost. So we are up to Ob1 now.

Also we had a bet about the one who speaks short forms first lost the bet e.g. LOL, omg, u.....

Of cz i lost the bet D: and the punishment is to do whatever the winner said. So whats the punsihment? I guess you guys wouldn't mind if I kept it as a secret right? :P

And thanks to Sit, I learnt a lesson - Only Bet When You Have An Edge!

Btw, is anyone else experiencing the problem of taking screenshot? For me the scroll lock button doesn't work so I have to press print screen instead and then paste it on Paint. I think its not my problem right?

Happy Chinese New Year

On the New Year Eve, we had our reunion dinner at Crayon house. Guess what? Sit cooked Steambot and we had a really big and grand dinner with Maya.

Then after the dinner, we were curios about the lie detector so we tried it. I was sent back to the town a couple of times and this warning sign show up everytime after I was sent back. Luckily I didnt get blocked.

We were also curious about the potential system, which was new to me :O SO we went to try on Virgo's shoes and who knows , we got addicted :P LOL here are a bunch of items we scrolled.

Scarlion Helm was opposite of what virgo gets...10% chance to feel enraged for 10 seconds..10 seconds sound very long right?

And this is epic LOL.

I think we must be drunk to have this idea.. We went to rob the poor pharmacist in Kerning. Money or Life while Virgo pointing her spear to him. AND LOOK at what he said, you need potion? Here you go! I have PLENTY! LOL WTH?

Okay TODAY. Eva and I went potential scrolling.
She passed 70% on her scar LOL.
and i boomed my shoes with 70% so we started to use 90%s
So then i used it on my scar...
ain't this weird? D:

When i first saw this i was like...
1) "Oh so the monsters will fall in love with me if i hit them? that's so COOL"
2) "ehh why isn't it working? D: oh so it's me that falls in love when i attack huh?"
3) and i realized instead of F1 the face would be the cash one when being hit. wow so lame. getting hit and fall in love? Quote: Love the way it hurts- Rihana

Well at least:- Eva's scar makes sense.
but what la. Scar cannot see the face. GM's are smart to make ppl buy cash either for the hat or the cube.

~GUIDE TO PREVENT GETTING SCAMMED~

~Guide to minimise Scamming~

I like to start this post to enlighten fellow Crayons on the dark side of Maple – Scamming , as one of our member got scammed today D: which makes him lost his ilbis and purple work glove.
Common scamming method in Maple:

1) Putting incorrect amount of money

For example: Ilbi cost around 20m, the buyer will put $1,999,999 instead of $19,999,999.

Prevention: Double or triple check before you accept the trade.

2) Copy hack / duplicating items A

For instance: The buyer will ask you if you want to duplicate your item. If you say yes, he will ask you to click trade but not ok. He will then ask you to type COPY. By doing so, means you accepted the trade so your item will become his. The “Y” in COPY means YES.

Prevention: There Is No Such Thing As Free Lunch. Don’t be greedy!

3) Copy hack / duplicating item B

For instance: Someone will ask you if you want to duplicate an item in a safe way. If you say yes, he/she will tell you the procedure. The steps are first, go to a safe place. Next, drop the items you want to duplicate. Then he will ask you to hold CTRL+ALT together follow by pressing F1 to F10. While you doing this steps, he/she will track you and get to know your location. Once you reach F4, your maple will shut down because you had pressed ALT+F4. He will then go and loot your item =D

Prevention: There Is No Such Thing As Free Lunch. Don’t be greedy!

4) Fast Trading

For example: The buyer offers the thing he wants to buy from you in an acceptable price. In this example, I will use ilbi. He will then put the correct amount of mesos which is 20m , click trade and cancel……trade and cancel again without letting you getting the money. He will say you are too slow and ask you to accept the trade faster. After a few tries, he will put the incorrect amount of money assuming it is $1,999,999 instead of $19,999,999. If you got fooled by him, you will accept the trade without thinking much. And poofed, you sold you ilbi for $1,999,999.

Prevention: Double or triple check before you accept the trade. If he really wants to buy your thing, he will not urge you for a fast trade.

5) Drop Game

For example: In Monster carnival, your "PARTY LEADER" aka scammer will ask if you want to play drop game. If you agree, he will ask you to drop your item in a safe distance away from him. Once you dropped your item, the scammer will enter any room in the Monster Carnival, leaving your items out there. If there is someone out there, your items will be looted by them. Note: You need to be in the same party with the hacker in order for him to do so. This scamming method DOES NOT ONLY APPLY TO monster carnival, other party quests such as henesys PQ, kerning PQ, ludi PQ and so on is available too.

Prevention: NEVER EVER PLAY DROP GAME!! If you want, play it at your own risk!
If I missed out any of the scamming method, feel free to add them in for me. I hope by doing this, less and less of people will get scammed. Thanks for spending you precious time on reading it =D.

Always remember, THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH IN THIS WORLD, you had to earn it by yourself =D.

~Guide on the Mini Dungeon Event~

After the patch- v 0.95, Mini Dungeon event is here again only for a limited period of time 02/09/2010 till 16/09/2010)! Seeing that some of the guild members and alliances do not know the actual procedure on getting the tickets pieces, I am here to post a guide about it =D.

If you did not take the quest before (previous mini dungeon event), please follow the following steps:
1) Talk to Maple administrator to activate the quest
2) Lith Harbour - Mr. Goldstein
3) Henesys - Pia
4) Perion - Ayan
5) Sleepywood - The Rememberer
6) Nautilus Port - Tangyoon
7) Korean Folk Town - ChilNam
8) Ariant - Sirin
9) Singapore - Airu ( YAY! You got your ticket 4 here!)

However, if you had taken the quest before (previous mini dungeon event) and do not have any new quest with the Maple administrator, please follow the following steps:
1) Proceed to Ariant - Sirin
2) Singapore - Airu ( YAY! You got your ticket 4 here!)

Ticket 1 and ticket 3 can be aquire from mobs! Virgo and I had aquired them from MP3/ GS5/ GS6/ Dukus/ Mong. I do believe that almost every mobs in Maple drop it!

Ticket 2 can be purchased from Maple administrator for 10k mesos.

Alternative way (Not Recommended):
You can also purchase mini dungeon ticket from cash shop. Each ticket cost 1000 Maple cash, while a bundle of eleven cost you only 10000 Maple cash.

Location of Premium Dungeon: (Talk to Charlie to enter)
Alcadno Laboratory, Laboratory C-1 Arera
Herb Town, Red-Nose Pirate Den 2
Leafre, The Dragon Nest Left Behind
Leafre, Battlefield of Fire and Water
Leafre, Destroyed Dragon Nest
Ludibrium, Eos Tower 76th ~ 90th
Sleepywood Dungeon, Cold Cradle
Sleepywood Dungeon, Sleepy Dungeon IV
Sleepywood Dungeon, Ant Tunnel (RECOMMENDED)
Sunset Road, Sahel 2
Victoria Road, The Rain-Forest East of Henesys

You will have 10 minutes in the Mini Dungeon killing the mobs. Notice that Potions are UNABLE to use in there. Skills such as haste/ flash jump/ teleport CANNOT be used too. However, I heard that you can USE monster riding skill in there.

Virgo and My acquisition in the 10 minutes mini dungeon events with 2x drop
Virgo: 66 Emerald crystal 0 Black diamond
Me: 91 Emerald crystal 0 Black diamond

You can sell the crystal away if you want to. The market price now is around 300k per emerald crystal and 10m per black diamond. GREAT WAY to be RICH $_$!!! I recommend everyone to sell away the crystal before the event end because the crystal will not be the same if the event is bring back to Maple again.
